At Cameron Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance decants and sample products, most sales are considered final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used products

  • Opened fragrance samples

  • Change of mind purchases

  • Scent preference dislikes

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • A refund if approved

Lost Packages

Cameron Scents is not responsible for packages lost due to:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by customers

  • Stolen packages after delivery confirmation

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us for additional assistance.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.
